Happy Holidays ~ Feliz Navidad

Merry Christmas beautiful people. I hope you are enjoying the holiday season together with your loved ones.

This is a picture of our Christmas tree. This years theme is the color red and candy canes. I love it! It looks good enough to eat.
Last night we celebrated Christmas Eve dinner with the family and my contribution was Flan de Queso and Coquito. The food was exquisite and we ate too much but it was soooooo much fun.
Here is the recipe for Coquito.

5/8 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
5/8 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
5/8 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons white rum
1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons water
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in the blender. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate well. Make ahead for richer flavor. Serve in small glassware.
Have a beautiful day!
