Today we take a look at the career of the beautiful and talented HOusE dIVa Ultra Nate.

Who is Ultra Nate?

This Maryland native has been putting out hits since the early 90's and is best known for her 1997 hit, Free, produced by Mood II Swing. Two other famous singles are: Deeper Love and Is it Love.

Ultra Nate's latest album dropped in 2007 titled Silk, Grime & Thunder from Tommy Boy.

It has been described as a gritty soul-funk exploration featuring collaborations with the legendary Nona Hendryx, East West Connection, Headrillaz, 4 Hero, Fuzz Townsend (of Bentley Rhythm Ace), N'Dea Davenport, Dajae, former Prince protégée Jill Jones, Jay Williams, Good & Evil, Renee Neufville (formerly of Zhane), John Ciafone (formerly of Mood II Swing), Andre Levin (of Grammy-nomiNatéd outfit Yerba Buena) and Baltimore-based production team the Mothafunkas.
